Today was the day…
Rain set in and it rained on and off throughout the day. We did not go for our normal swim but mid morning Mike and I walked down to the village to do a few chores. The cat walk was deserted, apart from some sea birds hanging out on the rocks…
I came home a little earlier than Mike, walking back up the road and getting caught in a shower on the way. Sometimes I think our neck of the woods looks like a little corner of England…
Stone Way…
Later, after I’d finished work, Julian and I walked down to the beach. The sun was setting, but with the mass of cloud, there was just filtered sunshine that turned the sea pink… unfiltered photo…
We enjoyed a lovely dinner and now we are gearing up to go to Swellendam tomorrow.
Excitement building. There is a little girl turning THREE!
