Painting and Cornices

Sunday

Today was the day…

I had a lovely Skype call with the Swellendam family. Plus we had a happy family lunch and in the afternoon visited Echo to see today’s progress.  Whenever the end of the week comes, Werner asks the workers if they want to work the weekend and if they want to, they can. Some want to work Sundays so today there was a couple of guys on site. One of them is blessed with the name Messiah and his role is to do the cornices and make the cupboards.  Joseph painting…

This was the kitchen yesterday…

And today..

Werner and Mike discussing how much more rubble will be taken off site…

About half has gone…there’s going to be lots of landscaping to do, but we’ll tackle it after we move in…

It was a beautiful evening…

With pink skies as the sun set…

New week lies ahead and probably some of the busiest weeks of our life.

Proverbs 4:7

Getting wisdom is the wisest thing you can do! And whatever else you do, develop good judgment.
