Visit to the City Library & World Cup Soccer

I have never been to the Cape Town library. Today, Julian and I drove through to Cape Town for a visit. It’s opposite the Parade and open until 4pm on a Saturday.  It’s over three floors. This is the top floor…

This is the Art Library

It’s all very well maintained and worth a visit. It’s quiet, well run and has a computer centre as well as teen section and spot for playing chess.

We got home in time for me to put in a little work before David arrived along with Jack and Eden for an evening of watching world cup soccer. This afternoon England took on Sweden (and won!). This evening Russia is playing Croatia. After 90 minutes it was a 1-1 draw so it went to extra time at the end of which it was 2-2. So now they are waiting for the penalty shoot out!

#715 of my 1000 thanks is for a fun evening with family and friends.

Psalm 23:4

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil for You are with me. Your rod and Your staff they comfort me.

Profound words.

These are the days.

Keep the smile going.

God bless you.

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂
