Wednesday
Today was the day…
We went to the beach. As soon as we got down there we saw what others had been talking about. A massive grader had come and scooped up a huge ridge of sand, plonking it in a long line half way towards the water. It immediately became a playground for children and adults alike. This was as we arrived.
From the bench…
And as we left…
It will be interesting to see what it looks like once the tide has come in and out a few times.
The other thing about our beach visit is the sea water is warming up. I swam for about 35 minutes. It was so good. It makes all the difference to my physical and mental health!
David has completed his cycle trip through South Korea. Such a big achievement, really it is. It’s crazy to think by this time next week, God willing, he’ll be back on SA soil, albeit not in Cape Town. He catches a train back to Seoul tomorrow.
For the rest of today, I worked more than 7 hours. The rest of the month & the first of next month is going to be busy.
Another beautiful spring day. Tomorrow, rain is forecast.
2 Corinthians 13:14
May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
The best is yet to come – we are only passing through.
Keep the smile going.
God bless you.
In His Grip,
Helga xx 🙂
