This Has Not Been A Day Of Rest!

4-31pm

6-30am – I got up and went  downstairs to pray,
Then made coffee to start the day.
Took Granny tea,only to find,
Her sprawled on the floor, on her behind.
Hoisted her up and sorted her out…
I needed help, without a doubt.
Called on Mike, he came quick
All his help did the trick
I tucked Granny back into bed
Made sure she was warm and well fed
So it was a cooking and cleaning and caring day
About the future I’ll have to pray
Maybe a carer to help at night
With 24 hour care, she’ll be alright. 🙂

Good news, is that David is on his way home from Mozambique. He should arrive early tomorrow morning. It will be good to have him back.

Zephaniah 3:17 says “The LORD your God is with you, He is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, He will quiet you with his love, He will rejoice over you with singing.”
