Sizzling Day 1

This week there is a bit of a heat wave in Cape Town this week. Even now it’s 23C and close to 9pm. This is the forecast for the week…

The hope of rain on Tuesday.

We started the day at Fish Hoek Beach. It was a bit cooler there. We got there at 6-17am and went along the cat walk, over the bridge at Sunny Cove Station along to Glencairn and back. It was warm and thirsty work. The beach looked amazing…the southern end….

Looking north towards Clovelly…

There was quite a lot of red tide, so we passed on a swim. It was very still and there was a red flag…

What the flags mean..

Such a great way to begin the day. Because we were there so early, it meant we could get home early and after showering I went straight to work. This afternoon I moved downstairs as it was too hot in  my office. I’ve done about 6 and  half hours work today.

#930 of my 1000 thanks is for the fan! It has been going all day!

Isaiah 41:10

Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with My victorious right hand.

That’s so encouraging!

These are the days.

Keep the smile going.

God bless you.

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂

Exercise was the run at the beach – 45 minutes
