In brief, there are two words to describe Radio CCFm’s Annual Fundraiser Share-a-thon – EXCITING! EXHAUSTING! I think I have prayed more about this Share-a-thon than any other. Setting a high target is always a bit nerve-wracking because people love getting targets and if it is too high, it is unreachable. With this year’s target, it is what we need. So it was tricky to try and reduce it because then it would be less than we need. There is a twist, though. We can state our needs, but God KNOWS them, so if we get in less, the Lord knows what’s ahead. Either way, the CCFm listeners were crazy generous this morning and R392 204 was pledged. That’s the highest total ever pledged on the Monday of Share-a-thon! Thank you to all who have given. The bank details for CCFm are ABSA Savings Account number 9061568939.
