Today was the day …
Level 4 Lock Down began. This means that we could go for a walk or run for an hour no more than a 5km radius of our homes. I took off around the block and enjoyed the fresh morning air. The most jubilant on the roads were by far, the dog. They were ecstatic to get out. It was great fun watching them.
My email wasn’t working when I got to work. The IT guy took the server down for a hard reboot and it worked after that for an hour or two and then everything stalled. After Skyping with both MD and the IT, the problem was found. I’ve been with the company for several years and just had a ton of documents. I deleted 5 gigs of documents from 2015 and 2016 and was good to go after that.
Mike made the stand for the basement bathroom basin. It looks pretty good. Tomorrow we head to Echo for the first time in 5 weeks.
I had a Zoom call with 11 friends…from all over including Hawaii, northern Zambia and up the West Coast.
