LCHF – Day 11 – Ten Pin Bowling!

Today has been extravagantly restful. It has been a well needed break. Last night was really fun! Mike & I finally got to go Ten Pin Bowling, something we haven’t done for about 20 years! It was very brave, going Ten Pin Bowling when I had just two days before had a manicure! (I am pleased to say that only I can see the damage) Taking action photos with 3meg cell phone cameras is never going to produce a great result. Here’s Mike’s best photo of me…

I thought it was a good score…

But when I told David, he exclaimed our bowling scores were ‘rubbish!’

Of course, that score didn’t please us as much as this score…

After TPB, we went to the Fish Hoek Galley for kingklip. It was fabulous. It’s been a great weekend!
