This evening I went along to Living Hope for their Journey to Bethlehem. It was so well done. They had different stations where parts of the Christmas story were acted out.
This was the angel Gabriel appearing in glorious light to tell Mary she would have a baby…
Joseph and Mary about to embark on their journey to Bethlehem…
Mary and Joseph in the stable…
Jesus at the “sea of Galilee” calling His disciples…
It was very well done.
There are so many animals at Living Hope at the moment…goats…
And my favourite….when I saw this face, all I could think of was the Lord God made them all. So precious….
We ended the evening with a carol service. I love carols early on in December. It sets the tone for Christmas.
I’ve had a restful day. I even had a late morning sleep and did some reading this afternoon.
#970 of my 1000 thanks is that Valerie Gail came and picked up 2 bags and one box of stuff that can find another home.
#971 of my 1000 thanks is that I hardly did any work this weekend. I did about an hour early yesterday morning and took a call yesterday afternoon but apart from that zippo!
I’m ready for the week ahead!
John 16:33
In Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.
Amen!
These are the days.
Keep the smile going.
God bless you.
In His Grip,
