Friday
Dear Elsie
Today was the day that I got to work a few hours less than the rest of the week. It’s always good to have a Friday. I have got fully on top of all I need to do and am now free to take the weekend off! I’m looking forward to having a chat with you tomorrow.
One of the things I have been meaning to do all week is to go to the cottage and have a chat with the guest who has been there for a few months. He leaves tomorrow and I wanted to offer him the option of leaving some of his belongings behind because he is coming back for 10 days next month. I was able to do that at lunchtime and then returned to work.
I also went up the back today which I haven’t done in a while and got such a nice surprise to see how much progress Courage has made on the walls.
The back patio has got pavers now with 2 rock fish.
Well done Mike for his design and Courage for implementing it.
Despite the late hour, our new TV is soon to be delivered. Apparently the delivery company is on the way.
