Today was the day…
Elsie turned 2️⃣. We had a lovely family video call with her this morning. And Mike and I have just had a Skype call with Stacey and Elsie to see her opening our gift which arrived this afternoon. We ordered it from www.
Itching to take her in my arms and give her a big Granny hug! HAPPY BIRTHDAY ELSIE!
Mike worked more than me! Today I only worked a few hours. Mike spent a number of hours both in the morning and this afternoon helping Courage at the flat in Fish Hoek. We were there last night and it is looking so much better. Mike has also finished the cutting list for the Echo rental kitchen.
I found a message from David in my diary. He gave me a diary for Christmas and wrote on various days. He thought by now he’d be in China and we may even be in the house…
The view is indeed amazing and we are enjoying the process, albeit slightly slower than first expected.
