My easy cheesy, double folded three egg omelette is guaranteed to be a breakfast winner that will sustain any youngster through the most challenging school hours. It leaves you fully satisfied and mentally sharp.
Ingredients
Eggs plus any or all of the following: cheese, tomato, onion, peppers, bacon, salt, pepper, cream
I prepared a few ingredients – tomato, ham and cheese…
Whisk the eggs…
Add salt and pepper and I added a dash of cream….then pour it into the pan greased with butter…
The size of the pan determines whether it will be ‘double-folded’. Using a small pan, you will double fold with this volume of egg. Once the under side is cooked, carefully fold one side of the egg over the other. The uncooked egg mixture on the top will ooze back into the pan, so it looks like this…
Allow it to cook and then fold it over as well – so it’s double folded…
Once it’s cooked, you can flip it and cook it a few seconds longer and then serve…it wasn’t two seconds on the plate, when Mike was onto it…
Yummy and creamy and cheesy and so easy!
