Easiest Banting Chicken Dish Ever

One of my favourites…

A couple of credits for today’s yummy suggestion for tonight’s dinner. My friend Jo copied it from Susie Janzen’s FB profile.  Thanks Jo & Susie!
It is just so easy, it’ healthy and it’s much better than fried!!!

It really doesn’t get simpler than this…

Here’s what you need:

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup Greek yogurt -plain
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Spread mixture over 4 chicken breasts, bake at 180 degrees C for 45 mins–Absolutely Delish

#92 of my 1000 thanks is that Mike & I both enjoy cricket, so when I wake up at 4am and see that Australia (playing South Africa in Hobart, Tasmania) are 43/6 and I tell him, he immediately joins me in going downstairs to watch it!
