This morning, I woke up tired. I went to work tired. I did the Rise and Shine show tired. I worked until 11-30am, tired! Shopped, tired. I was just so tired! So when I came home, tired, I decided I had sleep debt! I just didn’t get enough sleep over the weekend to catch up with lost sleep last week. Despite being tired, today was a good day! I had to work at being energetic and I don’t think I sounded tired on air! Sleep was all that was required, so on this cool, overcast, wintery day, I snuggled up in bed this afternoon and after an hour’s good shut-eye, I woke as fresh as a daisy…
I then bounced out of bed, made coffee for David & I, cut up an orange, ate one half & gave the other half to Granny. I also made Granny tea and put the TV on for her and now I’m doing my blog, having wrapped up show prep.
Although it’s been very overcast, this morning there were signs of some blue sky…

I want to do some writing today as well. I’m crazy about marriage and I want to write short articles about what has worked in my marriage. So those thoughts are going around in my head.
