Christmas Shopping

Today I had some Christmas shopping to do and I am managing to tick a couple of boxes. #983 of my 1000 thanks – I ordered Mike’s Christmas present. He doesn’t read my blog so I could quite easily publicize what I bought him, but I won’t. I will proudly say though, that they weigh 238g, a full 20g less than their competition. I had to go to the Mall today for a few other things and I told him when I got back that I had looked for his birthday present. He didn’t think very highly of that, knowing that the gift he really wants is not going to be found at the Mall.  I also picked up the car seat for Stacey so their Christmas presents are sorted…baby carrier back pack for Adrian and car seat for Stacey. She does read my blog, but this discussion has already been had.

David, I’ve got an idea or two but not much more.

Jess and Gerrie – Hmmmm!!! Jess sometimes will wander through here, so I won’t be thinking out loud.

Today began with me waking up and groaning about how stiff I was. Mike concurred that having a rest day was a good idea. But an hour later, perked up by cappuccino, I was dressed and ready to go and just an hour later than usual. I’ll outline the workout at the end as usual, but the Gym was quite quiet at 7 this morning…

I did a morning of work, had two Skype calls and did the shopping.

This afternoon I spent a few minutes adding some decorations to the Christmas tree and this evening Mike and I wandered around the neighbourhood.

As I wrap up the day, I’m listening to Christmas music on You Tube. Very fun!

Matthew 5:9

Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.

These are the days!

Keep the smile going.

God bless you.

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂

Gym:

  • 10 minutes abs class
  • 30 minutes cross training
  • 5 minutes hand bike
  • 3 sets each of the following five exercises. I love the leg press and the back extension. The shoulder press is hard work.
