Choose Your Hard

Sunday

Yesterday on Facebook, I saw this picture and thought it very well said and insightful. Life is hard!

So well said. I thought of others:

  • Buying a house is hard.
  • Building a house is hard
  • Choose your hard.
  • Having no education is hard.
  • Getting through school and university is hard.
  • Choose your hard.
  • Being unemployed is hard.
  • Working full time is hard.
  • Choose your hard.

And so it goes on.

Choices and Compromise. Choosing to focus on the good, choosing to be positive, choosing to do right. I need to be intentional about how I think and how I respond.  I can’t depend on anyone else for these things. It’s my choice.

Good words.

So today was the day..

The wind picked up and it became a seriously windy Sunday. It’s the start of 4 days of wind, with the south-easter blowing away all the smog and hopefully driving much needed rain up-country.

Mike and I walked to Fish Hoek twice and other than that had an easy day at home. The neighbours ran around keeping an eye on Kataza. You never know where he may appear…

He hasn’t got too close to us.

End of the weekend. New week begins. We can’t complain about the lovely weekend we have had.

Romans 10:17

Faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.

The best is yet to come.

Keep the smile going.

God bless you.

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂
