Butternut Soup in Photos…

4-23pm

It was a very busy morning at CCFm. Carlynne, my regular newsreader was sick, so I took care of the news. I woke up to news of the Boston Marathon bomb blasts. Add to that we had Professor Tim Noakes in the studio between 7 & 8am. That is always hectic. Time runs away with us. We will get the audio up as soon as we can. It will be under the tab at the top of this blog, “All Things LCHF.”

The weather has turned cold, wet & windy…

Wind and rainRain? What rain?

Rain - what rainWith the weather as it is, butternut soup was the order of the day. Sadly, they didn’t have orange sweet potato so although it isn’t bad, it’s not as good as when an orange sweet potato goes in. I’ve put pictures of butternut soup in the making on a blog last year. You would have to scroll a long way to find it, sooo here we go with today’s attempt.. peeled and sliced butternut.

John 6:35 Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.

Now that’s real food & drink. 🙂

Now I’m tucked up in bed in my winter pajamas (already) – oh gosh – that’s a terrible admission – it’s only 4-48pm! It’s because I had a shower after gym & got straight into my  jammies …. and of course the stormy weather is conducive to being under the bedcovers!

God bless you!

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂
