Go Daddy Let Us Down!

4-46pm

Today I started my blog and got most of it done before I had to go into a meeting. When I got home and opened up to finish and post it, I got this unfriendly page…

Big DaddyI called Wayne who pays it every year (and I pay him back). He said he didn’t get a notification. So I’m going to have to remember that at the end of every July, we need to pay up!  Wayne paid, but it took AGES for it to get back to normal, hence the lateness of this blog. Ah well, it’s out of my hands. Sometimes these things happen. Glad it’s back and on track for another year! 🙂

Mike is renovating his studio. Inspired by Wayne (he’s featuring quite a bit today!), Mike has got in mind that I start video blogging! He has no idea as to how absolutely terrified I am of that idea! Ha ha! Put me behind a microphone  and get me to speak and I’m just fine. Put me behind a camera, in bright lights, close up, where there’s no where to hide and I am self-conscious to the core! 🙂  I think I’ll start with an audio blog.   The studio has been patterned on Wayne’s who knows how to do stuff in the least expensive fashion… sound boards
Sound boards14 m of cheap light corduroy like fabric….it’s going to be draped below the ceiling…

14 m of corduroyIt’s a work in progress at the moment…

A work in progressI married an amazing handyman…here he is just back from work, prior to getting into his overalls….

The workerCrazy about this guy. When I sit in my prayer chair early in the morning and I pray for him, I smile. I can’t help it. When I think of Mike, I smile. That’s what he does for me. He makes me smile. When I’m finished, I come back upstairs to the bedroom, where he is fast asleep. I put make up on, turn the bathroom light out and then quietly in the darkness, I pray the Aaronic Blessing over my husband…

“The Lord bless you and keep you, the Lord make His face to shine upon you and be gracious to you. The Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace”.  (Numbers 6:24-26)

What a privilege to be able to pray for my family.

Now to get this late blog up, serve dinner and help Mike hang fabric!

God bless you loads!

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂
