Beautiful Winter’s Day in Fish Hoek

It most certainly has been a most beautiful winter’s day in Fish Hoek. This evening Julian and I walked to Kalk Bay. It’s such a lovely walk from down the cat walk, along the beach and then along the Main Rd. This is looking from the beach river up to the KB…

This is the view from the Main Rd down Fish Hoek Beach…

Kalk Bay…

You don’t have to go far to find beauty in this city. Cape Town!

Today, I woke up really early (before 5am). I worked from 6-8 and then we met Julian for breakfast. Mike had a Skype call and so when that was on I met Riana and Ingrid for tea before going to gym. Home again, I worked this afternoon and then did the walk with Julian.

#713 of my 1000 thanks is for the ability to work from bed. This morning, I was going to get up and work at my desk, but it was so cold. I grabbed my laptop and hopped back into bed.

Philippians 4:6-7

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

What a wonderful verse to read the day before Mike’s biopsy.

These are the days.

Keep the smile going.

God bless you.

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂

Gym:

I climbed on the bike at the gym and rode 30km.
