Another Box Ticked

Tuesday

Dear Elsie

Today was the day we finally got another box ticked. The building inspector approved of the plumbing in the plot behind and Courage and Brian can now continue the stairs.

Julian and Gerrie flew back to Johannesburg. David had a quiet day. He seems to have had a bit of a relapse, which is pretty much in keeping with the sudden increase in microclots. He has been extremely tired today with worse than normal fatigue. He took it very easy and did get to enjoy the cricket. South Africa played Bangladesh and beat them soundly.

I also had a visit from Riana – it was nice to catch up.

I worked about 7 hours after which I walked to the end of the road and back and then sat on the balcony and enjoyed the view.

For the rest of the week, we have the windows guy coming (hopefully) tomorrow and then Thursday we head to Swellendam.  We are looking forward to that!

Isaiah 26:9
My soul yearns for You in the night; in the morning my spirit longs for You.

It’s not about now – we are only passing through.

Keep the smile going.

God bless you.

In His Grip,

Gran xx 🙂
