Not a big new thing…when we went to Echo today, there was just a little new thing…but a new thing none the less…
It must be a piece of the machinery for the drilling that will be coming soon….probably next week. We scrambled around the mountainside. This gives you a good idea of the slope…
While we were standing at the back, we looked diagonally behind us, where further up the mountain there is a little blue cottage. We could see people inside it. We didn’t think too much about them – just were aware that they were there.
So this evening, I get a photo from David on Whatsapp. I look at it and it’s a car on fire.
I ask him where it is and he doesn’t reply immediately. A little while later, he sends me this one…
And follows it up with a voice note…
Crazy hectic! So glad no one was hurt. Poor tourists going to have a lot of explaining to do. Fortunately there were witnesses.
After that drama, here is my heart-warming photo of the day…my sweet Elsie looking at the world…she is 10 months and 6 days old. My favourite little person.
I cannot wait to see her again!
I have had a full working day and am now ready to call it a day.
Psalm 84:11
The Lord will give grace and glory; no good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly.
These are the days.
Keep the smile going.
God bless you.
In His Grip,
Helga xx 🙂

I didn’t go to gym today, but marched up Harrington Rd and did a loop home. It was 50 minutes!
