Yay for Thursday! Today was the day…
We didn’t go to the beach – the wind was blowing more than usual and we enjoyed the rest.
I did do some work, but not as much as usual – 5.5 hours!
At lunchtime I walked to the village to do some shopping. I was looking for some crockery for the guesthouse and I found what I was looking for. I loaded my backpack and then went to pick up a few groceries. The bag was so heavy! I lugged it home and packed the dishwasher with the crockery and the washing machine with some useful linen I bought. On the way home, I took a couple of photos of the kelp. Look out for the tops that have a paddle-like hand. That’s what fixed itself to my leg!
This afternoon, I did a little more work and then went to introduce myself to the new neighbour. We had a chat and then I came home to watch David on Twitch.

Now it’s time to cook up some fresh yellow tail.
