Just one thing? If you could change just one thing about your body, what would it be?
That was the question Jubilee Media asked a whole bunch of people – both adults and children. The difference was amazing.
It really made me think! It’s time to be more comfortable in my skin!
Today we had a later than usual start but I still got to gym around 8-30am. I did 5km on the treadmill and then did some free weights before cycling for 5 minutes and then heading home. We then went down to the Sun Valley market which is held once a month. It was very well attended….half is held at St Brendan’s church …
And the other half across the road at the car park…
The rest of the day was spent rather quietly. The house got cleaned. Shopping got done and golf got watched.
#474 of my 1000 thanks is for a lovely dinner with Dustin and Carolyn. Dustin was our tenant a few years ago. He went back to the US and married Carolyn and they have now returned to continue with their work with Living Hope. They are settling in and it was great to see them again. They had left some stuff behind when they were last here, so they collected that as well.
There is something quite nice about getting to this time of day settling down with my laptop to recap over the day’s events. I was thinking back to before we left on our holiday, how busy we were. We were crazy busy. Now we have had a wonderful holiday and the days are quieter and less stressful. There is still work to be done and the days fly by, but things are not quite as hectic as September.
Hebrews 10:23 was part of my Bible reading this morning…
Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for He who promised is faithful.
Don’t waiver. Hold onto hope.
These are the days!
Keep the smile going.
God bless you!
In His Grip,
Helga xx 🙂
