Winter in Cape Town can be magnificent. Between cold fronts and winter rain, we enjoy these superb days where the sun shines, the sky is blue and the wind moderate. Today is such a day! It began though, in the studio with a Rise and Shine Open Day…here’s a peak….
I had coffee with Tracy after the show, then had a meeting at CCFm before meeting friends in Kalk Bay where we had a cappuccino and a chat, enjoying two love birds on the nearby wall…

The day was stunning. I took a walk from Clovelly back up the hill to see the sea…my favourite beach…
Walking back, I went via the walk along Silvermine River…
Then sat and chatted with Heidi at her home before coming home. The cats love being under Capetonian sun…
Although Truffles is keeping her distance from the bigger next door cat, Gizmo!
While I was walking, I felt peace. It’s origin is from God.
In John 16:33 Jesus says, “I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
If we keep laying down our burdens at the feet of Jesus, He will give us peace. Be at peace today!
