Tim Noakes Tuesday for June 2013

2-46pm

Once a month on a Tuesday when Professor Tim Noakes comes into Tim Noakesthe studio, it is always a busy, exhilarating hour that flashes by in what seems like a matter of minutes. He has so much scientific knowledge and experience, it is a huge privilege to have such easy access to him.  He loves getting feedback from those who are eating LCHF, so leave the comments on this blog and I’ll forward them onto him. As he said this morning, he is up to chapter 3 of the book he is writing on Low Carb High Fat and it cannot come soon enough! I have added another website resource to the “All Things LCHF” page. It’s the amazing story of Terry Wahls whose Muscular Dystrophy improved by changing her diet.

We enjoyed another lovely day, ahead of a series of cold fronts edging towards the Cape. Lynette and I spent a few minutes soaking up the sun on the CCFm balcony…

Lynette on the balconyI’ve been to gym and had a good workout and now I’m catching up with the news, including that of Nelson Mandela. Apparently the presidency has released a statement says Madiba remains in a serious but stable condition. They say President Zuma met with the medical team last night and they gave him a full update. He says he is satisfied that everything is being done to make the former president better.

I caught up with FB and found this fabulous illustration. I love this quote…

Great quote

Psalm 139:14 I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful,  I know that full well.

Each one, fearfully and wonderfully made.

God bless you!

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂
