Today was the day…
That we swam again! The water was cold – under 14C but the swell was not too bad and I had a good 30 minutes in the water. We got home and got on with the day. I worked nearly 8 hours and looking back, I feel the week has blitzed by.
Mike has gone out to pick up Chinese and I am tucked up in bed. I’m really tired. I think it has something to do with not having had my 3rd cup of coffee today, so I’ve made one and I’m already feeling a bit more alert! Just one sip!
Tomorrow Courage is coming because we need to move a whole lot of the tools from the laundry behind the cottage into the basement. The couple who are coming on Sunday will be here a couple of weeks and we need ongoing access to the tools. Courage has been working on the wall and it’s coming along. I meant to take a photo today, but didn’t get round to it.
Mike has just arrived with Chicken Chow Mein!
