2-22pm
Today I have been a bit of domestic diva! I got up, got Granny up and bathed, including washing & drying her hair…clipped her toenails (need a medal for that one…I’ve been putting it off for a few weeks!). She had fruit salad for breakfast, with tea and toast. Then I put the washing on, vacuumed and cleaned the kitchen. After that it was onto the ironing. Yep! By then, believe it or not, it was only 10-30am!
Meanwhile, there was a lot of work going on in the garage…much progress had been made in the making of the coffee table…the frame was soon complete…
Wheels were put on…but soon taken off as they were the wrong ones…
First coat of stain… Second coat of stain…
And it’s now been varnished and is waiting for new wheels. Then once it’s thoroughly dry, it will move to its new home!
Late yesterday afternoon, Julian and I took a walk to Silvermine Reservoir…this was heading up the mountain…
It was incredibly windy at the top, so I didn’t waste any time getting down. Only managed one quick pic…
We walked down and round the dam, along the boardwalk…
And admired the waterlilies and the ducks…
Romans 1:20 For His invisible attributes, namely, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made.
Coffee time next!
God bless you!
In His Grip,
Helga xx
