My hat it has three corners, three corners has my hat. If my hat had not three corners, it would not be my hat.
Julian picked up this hat at a charity shop and bought it for David because he likes to wear hats like this, but it was too small for him. I put it on….I think it should be my new look!
I really liked it but I don’t know if I have the courage to wear it out in public.
#53 of 1000 thanks is believe it or not, the hat. Maybe, if I have the courage, and we every visit Europe again on holiday, I will take it with me. 🙂
#54 of 1000 thanks is that it was Claire’s 21st last night. Claire is David’s girlfriend. They both made speeches and were absolutely delightful. Bit grainy – bad light. Lovely pic.
Family is a great blessing and I pray for all of mine regularly, from the close family members who surround me to those who are on the fringe.
I read a verse in Jeremiah the other day that had me thinking of the “everywhereness” of God.
Jeremiah 23:24
Who can hide in secret places so that I cannot see them?” declares the LORD. “Do not I fill heaven and earth?” declares the LORD.
There are family members and people I pray for who I don’t see often. God sees them all the time and knows exactly what they are going through. I bring their names and faces before Him and am grateful that He sees their needs and has them in His grip.
This blog is short as I’m off for a walk.
These are the days!
Keep the smile going.
God bless you!
Yes In His Grip,
Helga xx 🙂
