Sun, Rain, Sea & Friends

Saturday

Dear Elsie

Today you and I had a lovely conversation. I complained that my hair looked terrible after my swim. After our chat, I went and washed it and now it’s not looking too terrible now!

The morning dawned very ‘moody’.

There was a little rain before the clouds parted and the sun came out. We had to go to the beach – we couldn’t miss swimming in such still sea. We got there a little later than usual. It was like a swimming pool with the net out and the water warm and calm. The day turned into a lovely day. I had a good swim and then we walked home. After a little rest, I cleaned the apartment.

And this evening, the Berettas came for dinner.

They have just left in light rain.

The cats have been entertaining this evening. It’s time to put them (and me) to bed.

Isaiah 40:11
He tends His flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in His arms and carries them close to His heart; He gently leads those that have young.

It’s not about now – we are only passing through.

Keep the smile going.

God bless you.

In His Grip,

Gran xx 🙂
