Out of Sync

This evening I am feeling completely out of sync. I think Stacey would describe it as a couple of planets out of line. The family gave me a new laptop for my birthday which is marvellous, but it’s new! Everything has to be uploaded and downloaded to get back the functionality that I need. Most of it is now functional. The last piece of the puzzle was accessing my blog. I got onto WordPress and managed to get in because here I am, but EVERYTHING has changed. The entire format of the blog looks different.  Probably WordPress has been updated and it was just waiting for me to log-in through the new portal to get the new format. Everything is here, it’s just different! I am one of many people who don’t like too much change.  What I have learned is that given a day or two and it’s as if it was always like this. I can adapt.

The other reason why I’m out of sync today is because I cannot shake off this nagging cough that followed the sore throat I had last week. My throat is now fine, but the cough is irritating, so I didn’t go to gym. Threw another planet out of line!

But I did get a lot of work done! 🙂

For the first three days of this week we have Courage coming. He has been doing more painting outside. Mike’s got some great ideas to give him some more work and to test his brick-laying skills. I’ll have to take some photos.

#944 of my 1000 thanks is for this…

Fruit salad

Every time I eat pawpaw, I am reminded of Granny. She loved it! I love fruit salad!

I found some inspiration from Zig Ziglar to wrap this blog up… Always be exciting!

Zig ziglar inspiration - always be exciting

And always be learning something new…like today! Learning a new blog format. My planets are now feeling more aligned. It didn’t take long!

Matthew 5:3

God blesses those who are poor and realize their need for Him, for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs.

Wonderful words.

These are the days!

Keep the smile going.

God bless you.

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂
