I did no work today, although, I did clean the kitchen!
Mike and I walked to Fish Hoek for breakfast with Julian and David. As we walked past Fish Hoek sports fields, we saw David running the Park Run. He did well. Came 10/300
We had breakfast at Peak Cafe on the Main Rd.
When I walked in, David was already there. I smiled at him and said hello. He did a double take and said, ‘let me see your teeth.’ He was so impressed. A really lovely leisurely breakfast and then we walked home again (so that was 8km).
We didn’t do too much for the rest of the day except walk to the Mall to buy milk. So altogether we clocked up 10km today, although Mike also went for a walk with Julian this evening while I was on the phone to Stacey. I am soooo looking forward to seeing Stace on Tuesday, which is Elsie’s 1st Birthday!
She’s going to be ONE!
Now, Mike and Julian are watching golf and I am wrapping up here.
It’s been a restful day. I didn’t have enough sleep last night. Tonight I’m going to sleep like a log. Because we are away for part of the coming week, I am going to work tomorrow.

I am so completely out of routine. I nearly went down to swim, but having done 10km and almost 20000 steps, I think I have done enough!
