Today has been busy. But to get to the beginning, this was breakfast….
Straight after the show, I came home, collected Jess and Gerrie and took them to the Waterfront, so they could board the Sinfonia…
….they are cruising to Durban. 🙂
Right after that, I met with my friend, Jacqui and we had coffee and a chin wag at the City Lodge by the Waterfront entrance. I left there at about 12 noon and on my way home I stopped by Riana’s house for tea. Then it was shopping & filling the car with petrol. Home to put washing in the machine. Valerie Gail is soon to be here to collect a bag of Granny’s clothes.
One disturbing thing I noticed last night on my blog stats was that someone had clicked on a ‘Buy Viagra’ link. How did that get there? I immediately emailed Stacey and told her, so today she came across to get to the bottom of how I was advertising viagra. To our horror, turns out Google ads have added 5 sensitive areas of advertising, without asking. Dating, Drugs & Supplements, Get Rich Quick, Politics & products with references to sex & sexuality. Only 7% of the advertising is with products related to these groups, but that is 7% too much. I was horrified. She immediately eliminated them. So from now on I’m pleased to say that I won’t be advertising Viagra. I apologise if you have encountered any dubious adverts! They certainly were not welcome! We’ll see how it goes. I may take the advertising off altogether.
Every day part of my Bible reading is in Proverbs. In light of the above, it’s interesting that Proverbs 5:21
“For a man’s ways are in full view of the Lord, and He examines all his paths.
Good words to remember. Stay away from dodgy stuff!
