My Point of View…

This really is my point of view, in that it is the view from where I was sitting on the patio working this afternoon!

Then Granny came out to take a walk…

And later, I went upstairs and tasted a grape or two. There is a bunch that the birds have just about finished off. When they start eating the grapes, you know they are ready. This bunch is not!…

For me, it’s been a good day! I have finished show prep for tomorrow, the washing on the line is nearly dry, most of dinner is made (leftovers from yesterday!) and I feel I’m on top of most of what I have to do. Mike will be home in the next 40 minutes or so. Once we have had an early dinner and put Granny to bed, I will get some exercise. Today I went back onto www.myfitnesspal.com again have filled in my food for the day. I gained about 1kg over Christmas, which I thought was amazingly good!

In a few weeks time our family is off on a 3 night cruise from Cape Town to Durban. I googled the ship to find out about internet access. They have it, but it comes at a price. $21 for 30 minutes! Maybe I’ll buy 30 minutes and have to be super-quick at getting my blog up! There are only two days that I will be blogging at sea – 20th and 21st January. We leave late on the night of the 19th, so that blog will be done early and we arrive in Durban early on the 21st, so that blog will be done after we arrive home in the afternoon! I am so so excited. This is something I have ALWAYS wanted to do. The fact that Adrian, Stacey, David, my brother Julian and his daughter Jessica are all coming with Mike & I makes it such fun! We got a really good deal and all of us earning  salaries paid in! This is the ship we’ll be sailing on…
