This is the healthiest chocolate I have ever eaten. I bought the ingredients the other day and yesterday Riana got stuck in and made organic, as low carb as you can get, healthy, dark chocolate.
Ingredients
200g cacao butter, melted
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted (about 85g)
1/2 cup agave or honey
2 cups cacao powder
seeds of 1 vanilla pod
Weighing the cacao butter – we made half the amount
Melt cacao butter in double boiler, or over pot of water at low temperature…
Then it looks like this…
Add melted coconut oil, agave/honey and vanilla and blend.
Sifting cacao powder…
Blend until everything is combined. Looking g-o-o-d…
Pour into molds or ice trays…
Riana added some coconut to the left over chocolate and made some macaroons.
She followed the recipe to the ‘t’ and said she probably would have put in more honey. For me it’s great, although it’s very rich. It tastes like the 85% Lindt chocolate.

Chocolate certainly thought as as a ‘comfort’ food. But there is a greater source of comfort. GOD comforts you! It is so easy to get bogged down under a quagmire of worries and concerns. It may look like the problems you face are so great, there cannot possibly be a solution. It’s all a gigantic mess and there’s no way out. Perhaps a sense of despair and hopelessness has overwhelmed you. I am here today to tell you DO NOT WORRY! Don’t underestimate the power of our eternal, all powerful, Almighty Heavenly Father who is very aware of what you are facing. He sees those giants you need to slay. His voice echoes down the ages through the pages of Scripture,
“I, even I, am He who comforts you. Who are you who fear mortal men, the sons of men, who are but grass, that you forget your Maker, who stretched out the heavens & laid the foundations of the earth, that you live in constant terror every day…”
(Isaiah 51:12-13). You need not fear today. God the Creator comforts you. Throw yourself before Him today. He is waiting to hear from you and He will comfort & reassure you!
