Wednesday
Apart from work, a number of little things happened today that in the normal scheme of things would be completely insignificant but because it’s lock down, they were events.
- I cut my finger – it stopped bleeding and then started again. So far I’ve gone through two plasters.
- The bird juice ran out on the balcony. The birds have also finished the last seed ball. I filled the bottle with sugar-water and they were soon back on it. I googled how to make seed balls and found the recipe. I’ve scribbled down the ingredients and I have a feeling I can get all of the ingredients at Checkers. Tomorrow perhaps.
- We walked to the Mall and bought coffee and feta cheese. It was a beautiful day and lovely to get out for the walk. We walked at least a metre apart and when in the Mall we both wore our masks. 😷
- Fish and salad for dinner.
I’m glad to see the government has a sense of humour:
Latest Corona stats.
And the US has now more than 400000 confirmed cases of Covid-19.
South Africa is about to update their stats but haven’t done so on the international page. The 1749 positive cases come from an overall total of 58098 tests.
