Laughing Ourselves Silly…

3-04pm

The highlight of the day (apart from Rise and Shine of course) was meeting with Karen for a quick coffee. We went to Cafe Labia, one of my favourite places just up the road from CCFm….

Cafe LabiaWe had good coffee and a great chat and then I thought we needed to have a reminder of the occasion, so I took a few photos but it was so funny trying to get the right one…this was with the sea behind us but Karen’s hair blew across my face…

View from the sea sideSo we turned around a took a few more, becoming more hysterical as the photo shutter slammed shut….eventually, we ended on this one…

Laughing ourselves sillySelf-photography is not my strong suite! But it was fun!

Got home, did some work and now the blog is done as well! 🙂

News of Debbie continues to be good. Today she spoke a few words. Keep praying. She is still in ICU and yesterday lunchtime was still considered critical, but she seems to be improving day by day.

Matthew 19:26 Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

Jesus is talking about if the rich can inherit the Kingdom of God. He says with man, it’s not possible. Of this verse, Clarke’s commentary of this verse is “With men this is impossible – God alone can take the love of the  world out of the human heart. There the salvation of the rich is represented as possible only to Him…”

We have to let go  and let God have supremacy in our lives.

We are in His Grip,

God bless.

Helga xx 🙂
