Johannesburg

So I flew to Jo’burg this morning for more interviews tomorrow.  I think it is going to be a crazy day tomorrow. There are 60 applicants. It’s a new venue so wouldn’t have done this remote interview thing before, so it’s going to be very interesting to see how it all pans out. After it all, I’ll catch the Gautrain back to the airport and fly home.

One of the things about Julian’s home is that it is a bit of menagerie with three cats, a parakeet and a budgie.  The cats are all very affectionate.  This is Timothy trying to catch a fly…

And this is Zaiah – beautiful silky black Zaiah (like Isaiah, only drop the I).

The third cat is Gabriel but he hasn’t come in for a photo yet!

#422 of my 1000 thanks is for safe arrivals in Johannesburg! 🙂

This morning I read Psalm 62:

Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from Him.

Such a wonderful psalm and a good one to remember.

So for the rest of the day, I’ll do a bit of work, rest, walk and then go out for dinner!

Then tomorrow, BOOM!  Hit the road running.

By the time I settle down at my computer for tomorrow’s blog, it will all be over. I can imagine I’m going to walk a number of kilometers.

These are the days!

Keep the smile going!

God bless you!

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂
