Tuesday
I’m not sure how to describe this day. It’s gone by really quickly and has been jam-packed with activity. By 7am this morning, Mike and I were at the building site moving rocks. We did that for an hour before getting home. I started work and then had a break to do some weed-eating. Then I could shower and went back to work again. When all was done, I headed over the mountain to do some chores.
This afternoon, I had a weekly work team meeting. Straight after that I nipped out to pick up some groceries. Shortly after I got home, Mike and I headed back to Echo to move more rocks. This is the hole into which the rocks are being tossed…
This is the spot I have been working on. I’m almost at the next step, but that took about an hour this afternoon….

We’ve made good progress. This is the difference between yesterday and today…Mike and I moved those concrete lintels.
It’s raining this evening which is wonderful, but it may literally put a damper on any rock moving activities tomorrow. My hands may appreciate the break.
The day did not end when we got home. We had a dinner invitation this evening which ended with a movie so got in a short while ago, hence the late blog.
