Today I got up early and got to work. There was hardly any. I did the little that was there and then went to gym. When I got home, there was an email to say the schools in the Middle East are closed from tomorrow until Sunday. It is going to be a very quiet week. I really love my job but when there is just a little less of it, it feels g-o-o-d! I worked 172 hours last month, so it won’t be unattractive to bring that number down a little. Today was a good day for my South African teachers. Three offers arrived and two requests for interviews. One was set up for Sunday.
While waiting for the work to come in I did a bit of cleaning. Mike, meanwhile, has been very busy today grappling with a programming problem. He has worked almost the entire day but by dinner time, he had made progress. I ended up working 5 hours.
The other thing that warms my heart is that rain is coming to Cape Town…

- 30 minutes on the treadmill
- 35 minutes on the weight machines.
