High Protein Eatin’ – Day 4…

2-15pm

A restful start to the day, with no worrying about Granny downstairs and having to get her up and made comfortable.  Breakfast was berries, strawberries, yoghurt and almonds…

Then it was off to church, where Pastor John preached a challenging message on suffering. We also prayed for the Pretorius family who are joining a new missionary organisation in January…

After church, I made chicken curry (forgot to take a photo). I made it with coconut milk which is yummy! That was lunch. Dinner tonight will be an avocado salad for me. I’m thinking about making a list of 100 high protein foods. I’ll work on it and put it up here when I’m done!

Mike has gone to sleep. I’ve done show prep for tomorrow and in a short while we will go and visit Granny. She will be pleased to see us!

The new week begins. I’m feeling pretty good now – eating high protein and not too much meat. My flu’ has pretty much passed, apart from a bit of cough and runny nose, I’m on the mend. It’s all good!

2 Peter 1:4 “And because of His glory and excellence, He has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share His divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires.”

Have a fabulous week!

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂
