First Time on the Roof!

Thursday

Today was the day…

I went on the Echo roof for the first time! It has a pretty scary ladder to get there. To show you how scary, this is what it looks like from the top…fortunately I am not scared of heights.

Once up there, the view is stunning…(boots belong to Courage!)

Courage was putting in all those little things sticking up. They will hold the rails for the solar panels.

Mike coming down the ladder…

Meanwhile, inside the skirting boards are being done…

And on my balcony, we now have a tap…useful for keeping all the windows clean..

My balcony roof is coming on…

The other thing I did today was visit Riana at her home. First time since March. We sat in the sun and had a good natter.

Mike and I also took a drive to pick up more tiles. No ka-boom this time. He made sure they were securely packed.

So it’s been quite a busy day. I managed to squeeze in some work time in between.

Proverbs 29:11

Fools give full vent to their rage, but the wise bring calm in the end.

The best is yet to come.

Keep the smile going.

God bless you.
