This evening I logged onto Facebook and there was a message from someone I haven’t heard from in years. It came through to my ‘other’ messages that was a clue it could have been an impersonation of my FB friend. Look at what the messages said (that’s my friends profile picture).
I did not reply, but I did report the post and you can report a profile for pretending to be a friend, so I did that too. They actually ask who the friend is, so they can alert them as well. I sent my friend a message with the screenshots so she can change her password. Poor friend – she neither plays poker nor the lottery and is horrified. Watch out for these con artists. Not sure what they get out of it, but it’s sure to be a swindle.
Today I’ve tried to have a slack attack but didn’t really succeed. I had some cleaning done at the cottage and had a couple of Skype calls. In the afternoon I chatted with Stacey and then headed for the gym. Home, shower and then to friends.
#941 of my 1000 thanks – dinner with these friends – Remember Dustin who was our tenant for a couple of years? We had dinner with him and his lovely wife Carolyn who is now 22 weeks pregnant with a little girl. It was great to see them. Mike played golf with Dustin last week and I saw Carolyn at the gym the other week.
Truffles update: she’s doing really well. I am reminded to tell you because she’s fast asleep on a table in my bedroom. She came running upstairs, bounced across my bed, drank from her water cup and then went to sleep. So happy she is back to normal.
Psalm 115:15
May you be blessed by the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
These are the days.
Keep the smile going.
God bless you.
