Yep! A busy morning it’s been but what a good one. Just before 6, I had just enough time to make a cappuccino before dashing into the studio. I turned my netbook on and scrambled to get my programme notes open…Aaaaaa, the jingle was ending and it was only half open. As I was saying, ‘Good morning! Welcome to Friday,’ the word document popped open and I was able to make a good recovery! The cappuccino turned out with some BIG foam…
After the show, I received a gift from Wendy Abrahams – personalised blankets for both Mike & I. 🙂 I was thrilled…here’s mine…
Then it was off to Bible study where flowers abounded…
…and so did cake…
…two birthdays to celebrate which was done in fine style. We girls know how to celebrate a birthday….nice one of Birthday-on-Sunday girl, Carol…

Now I’m home, and have had some tea. I’m IN bed and once this has hit the world wide web, I’m going to put my head on my pillow and drift gently off into ‘the land of nod’. I’m thinking of Derek, my brother-in-law, whose memorial service is underway in Johannesburg. To those who have loved and lost, this is not all there is. It doesn’t end here.

Adrian & Stacey Status: In Singapore, settling and getting connected. Last night she phoned home!! I was so excited!Also excited to see some photos on FB of where they are staying. They are going to have a wonderful time! 🙂
