By 8-30am this morning, Mike and I were at Echo waiting for the Land Surveyor. I took a whole lot of photos. The Land Surveyor came and got started. Mike and I left so I could get back to work. A couple of hours later, Werner the Builder sent me a message…
Everything is going to start changing tomorrow. It will never be the same again. We are very excited and quite amazed that this is beginning to happen. It’s going to be crazy to see the space change over the coming months. Here are some of the photos…this is looking at the land that is to be developed…
It’s going to be interesting to see what the difference is a year from now.
The top two floors should be higher than the roof..
This is about the level to the domestic quarters, which won’t look over the roof, but may have a small sea view to one side…
I think this stick represents the top right corner of where the house will be.
This bush is going to go pretty soon. I’m not sure where Werner is starting, but he has to clear access for the foundations company to take stuff up, so this is going pretty soon.

Today I worked about 7 hours. We had load shedding from 4pm to just after 6pm. We planned for it, had an early dinner. I read and slept.
