A Truck Drove Down the Railway Track

Tuesday

Today was the day…

A truck drove down the railway track. That’s something you don’t see often. This photo was posted by Lorraine and was the truck trundling above the cat walk.

A little further on, it came into sight from our home. It seemed to stop a little after Sunny Cove station and men got out to do something. It wasn’t there for long.

A more impressive highlight of the day was a massive mama whale and her calf who swam past. What a sight. Aly Ison took this photo…

I’m not seeing too many whales these days but it did prove they are still around.

The sea was flat today and worthy of a swim. I swam half way to Clovelly. One day, when the sea is as flat and I have the time for a long swim, I’ll swim to Clovelly and back. It will be about 4km.

The last day of November. I worked just over 7 hours. Plenty more to do tomorrow.

1 Corinthians 15:19

If our hope in Christ is only for this life, we are more to be pitied than anyone in the world.

The best is yet to come – we are only passing through.

Keep the smile going.

God bless you.

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂
