Where Is The Missing Plane?

1-59pm

Last night Mike & I had a conversation as to what may have happened to the missing Malaysian Air 370 that went missing without a trace in the early hours of Saturday 8th March 2014….that’s almost 10 days ago.

As I have scanned through the reported information, there are basically two options as to the fate of the plane. Either it has crashed or it has landed.  If it was an accident and a technical malfunction, it may be that the plane crashed suddenly and is at the bottom of the ocean. There should be some evidence of a crash site that comes to light.

Best case scenario is that it had technical trouble and has landed in a remote area and is waiting to be found, but according to the information from the experts, that doesn’t seem possible. It seems  be more sinister.

All of this is pure speculation, but if I were involved in world security, I would be nervous. To allay my fears, I would want, above all else, to find the plane. If it were an act of terror, no one has yet to come forward to claim responsibility. Why? They would surely want to tell the world what they have done. But perhaps they have not come forward because the ‘act of terror’ is not yet over. What if the plane did land…under the darkness of night somewhere in Central Asia in one of the remote areas of Kazakhstan or Turkmenistan…

Central-Asia-MapWhat if there is a terrorist group hiding out there and that’s where the plane is now. Emptied of the passengers and crew, whose fate remains unknown, they now have a massive passenger jet, capable to be turned into a flying bomb, ready for another catastrophic attack, similar to 9-11. And that’s why, the plane has to be found. It’s a scary thought and one that occurred to Mike & I last night. And of course, we are not alone in our ‘worst case scenario’ thinking. I have just read an article on the CNN website where someone with experience in these matters, Shawn Pruchnicki, who teaches aviation safety and accident investigation at Ohio State University, spoke to CNN, saying this…”Time is even more of the essence. If this airplane has been taken to be used as a weapon, then the time that has been taken to prepare the aircraft for whatever deed is the plan — obviously, to thwart that, it’s all about time.”

Over the passing of time, nothing has changed. If this plane has been hi-jacked, it is by intrinsically evil men. David wrote this psalm, it’s believed, not long after he defeated Goliath. It could have been written yesterday…

Psalm 10

1 Why, Lord, do you stand far off?  Why do you hide yourself in times of trouble?
2 In his arrogance the wicked man hunts down the weak,  who are caught in the schemes he devises.
3 He boasts about the cravings of his heart;  he blesses the greedy and reviles the Lord.
4 In his pride the wicked man does not seek him;   in all his thoughts there is no room for God.
5 His ways are always prosperous;  your laws are rejected by him;
    he sneers at all his enemies.
6 He says to himself, ‘Nothing will ever shake me.’  He swears, ‘No one will ever do me harm.’
7 His mouth is full of lies and threats;  trouble and evil are under his tongue.
8 He lies in wait near the villages;  from ambush he murders the innocent. His eyes watch in secret for his victims;
9     like a lion in cover he lies in wait. He lies in wait to catch the helpless;   he catches the helpless and drags them off in his net.
10 His victims are crushed, they collapse  they fall under his strength.
11 He says to himself, ‘God will never notice;  he covers his face and never sees.’

Verse 14 says, “But you, God, see the trouble of the afflicted;   you consider their grief and take it in hand.”

And He will.

What can we do? Pray, people, Pray!

God bless you.

In His Grip,

Helga xx 🙂

Update- 24th June 2014. Amazingly, still no sign of the missing plane. Clearly, if it was hi-jacked, it would have come to light. The most plausible hypothesis is that it did crash into the ocean. The latest report from this website says it may be decades before it is found.
