We did this yesterday afternoon. I’ve done the walk many times, but it never loses its beauty. After the rain of the last few days everything was clean and fresh….this is the path leading the way…
Round the bend you get to the boardwalk…
And the lighthouse is a short distance beyond…
To increase the distance walked, on our return to we continued round to the beach and walked along it for a while. The day was majestic and the view beyond spectacular…
People pay A LOT of money to see this amazing part of the world. For us Capetonians, we drive a short distance and can breath in the fresh sea air and feast our eyes on the majestic views.
This is why I love to live in this magnificently picturesque city- voted the Telegraph’s best city in the world. Wherever you live in Cape Town, you don’t have to go far to enjoy scenery that is hard to beat the world over.
God has given us all this to enjoy…an earthly playground which He created for our pleasure.

What is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them?
We are so tiny in the big scheme of things, yet God cares for us.
