4-41pm
That was what Mike said this morning. I went downstairs with it floating through my head:- ‘There’s no tearing rush to do anything today.” It sounded so good! It was! I made Granny tea and took her grapefruit and then lay in bed reading until just before 10am! With a few Granny issues and Mike’s op this week, I have had knots all over my neck & shoulders. I booked a massage with my good friend Peppi and at 11am, as I arrived, I stopped to admire the view…
My neck, shoulder and back massage was so so good. So good, in fact, that I do it all again on Saturday. It really helped. Stopped on the shop on the way home and then this afternoon we chilled, reading, watching the Proteas labouring on and eventually sewing metres and metres of shadecloth. I also re-potted a couple of plants…
Our Christmas Day table decoration had outgrown its pot…
And this one also got an upgrade. I got it as a birthday present last year and this is the second time I’ve had to repot it. Now it lives outside…
It’s going to LOVE its new home.
After posting this blog, I’m whipping up a basil pesto penne dinner and then will get Granny ready for bed. We have found someone to help us with Granny in the morning from next week when I am back at work and Mavis is still away. That is a load of my mind! 🙂
Philippians 4:19 And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus.
Such a relief!
God bless you loads and have a wonderful evening!
In His Grip,
Helga x 🙂
