The One Painfree Way To Look Younger Instantly!

Oh girls! As we dash enthusiastically through our 40s, the one thing that becomes apparent is the sagging and the drooping and the loss of elasticity that we begin to notice. And so I have discovered I have to practice the one pain-free way to look younger instantly! It is SCARY how we look normally, as we get older. With our mouths beginning to droop (I’m telling it as it is here!), we look as if we are frowning. Here I am looking like I normally look….I made it black and white because in colour it was quite horrendous…

That’s me, just relaxing my face and concentrating on what I’m doing!!  NOW, just LOOOOOOOOOOK at the difference ….

No wonder I want to go around with a smile on my face!  It’s either a facelift or a smile! Both will work, only the smile is so much easier!

Not so long ago I ran 3km with a really happy smile plastered on my face. Every 4 steps I reevaluated it to make sure it was a proper photo opportunity smile. I left home grumpy; I returned home joyful. Mike thought I was a bit loony! But scientific evidence shows that smiling produces a sense of well being and happiness that you don’t get by relaxing your mouth back to it’s normal position and absolutely not when you are frowning.
